The workshop will help increase the understanding of the operational requirements of running a NFP. It covers the elements required for managing your structure, programs, schedules, people, budgets, funding, monitoring and evaluation and compliance, with appropriate systems and processes in place. The session is also suitable for volunteer groups and staff.
